As commercial decorators our work relies heavily on understanding the needs of your premises and its purpose. We have a straightforward process in place to ensure you get the best outcome.

Quote arrangement and assessment

After contacting us, you will receive an estimate followed by a site assessment. A member of our team will come out, find out your requirements, highlight any foreseeable problems and give advice.

Undertaking the work

Once you're happy with our assessment, we'll arrange a time to begin works. Throughout the project we'll maintain personal contact to ensure the desired outcomes are being met.

Completion

We'll assess the finished works, ensure you're fully satisfied and only then will we proceed to invoice. We never invoice before the job is complete.

We'll also ensure a snagging visit is undertaken, and arrange for future care and maintenance to ensure your premises is always looking its best.
